Shaun McFarland

President/CEO/Social Media Shepherd

Shaun McFarland brings over 15 years experience in strategic marketing, web development, graphic design, advertising, budget planning and media planning to each of his clients. He has experience in developing marketing strategies and advertising campaigns for multi-million dollar corporate clients and local small businesses.

Shaun has extensive knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Final Cut Pro and other graphics software programs. He strategically combines his marketing expertise with graphics creativity to create client products that effectively communicate to the desired target audience and generate positive results (ideas that actually work).

Shaun began his advertising career as an intern at Cranford Johnson Robinson Woods (CJRW). Shortly after receiving his BBA in Marketing from the University of Arkansas Little Rock, CJRW hired Shaun as an Account Executive on one of the agency’s largest corporate accounts. He was responsible for leading a team of six professionals under the direction of his account supervisor while overseeing all of the ongoing marketing/advertising projects on the account.

Nearly a year later, Shaun was sought after by Creative Advantage to take over Vice President and Account Supervisor roles to help establish and develop the Account Services department and to further develop existing client business.

In 1997, Shaun and his wife, Tanya, founded YourAdTeam in Benton, Arkansas.

Shaun enjoys playing golf and basketball and watching reality TV shows. He resides in Benton, Arkansas, with his wife Tanya and two children.

Tanya McFarland

Vice President and Director of Quality Control

Tanya brings nine years of banking experience, her natural gift of public relations and her keen eye for excellence to YourAdTeam.

Tanya manages day to day operations of the accounting department, product delivery department and apparel department. With nine years of banking experience plus 12 years of accounting experience at YourAdTeam, Tanya takes great pride in keeping accurate records with client budgets and vendor relations.

With her natural gift of public relations and her eye for excellence, Tanya provides our clients with personal service with each and every delivery of printed products, ad specialties and apparel. Each item delivered is personally inspected to ensure excellent quality products are delivered everytime.

In addition, Tanya manages the apparel department by providing timely turnaround on apparel products from embroidered corporate apparel to screenprinted school t-shirts.

Tanya enjoys playing golf, daily physical fitness and is working toward achieving her certification as a personal trainer. She resides in Benton, Arkansas, with her husband Shaun and two children.

Angie Peters

Chief Conversation Officer

It’s Just Words for Angie Peters, senior copywriter for YourAdTeam. She’s an English major with a passion for finding (and, of course, spelling correctly) just the right words to convey just the right message in just the right way.

Her range of writing experience includes everything from being a reporter and an advertorial writer to researching and writing several books of her own. She works from her office in her favorite corner of the world—her home in Benton, Arkansas, where she lives with her husband and three kids.

Some of the books Angie has authored include: Celebrate Home; Celebrate Kids; The Life of David; Laundry Tales – To Lighten Your Load (co-author)

At YourAdTeam, Angie’s responsibilities include researching and writing text for corporate brochures, ebooks and SEO friendly text for websites.

Angie is a very modest, incredibly talented writer. She resides in Benton, Arkansas, with her husband Kurt and three children.

Bradley Lattin

Account Executive / New Business Development

Bradley Lattin joined the talented team of professionals at YourAdTeam as an account executive. Bradley leads the ad specialties division at YourAdTeam and consults with clients about the importance of diversification for effective marketing solutions. Bradley also consults with clients in other areas of marketing/advertising based on services offered by YourAdTeam.

As a recent graduate from the University of Arkansas Little Rock with a B.S. in Health Science, as well as a teaching certification and coaching endorsement, Bradley has devoted his life to helping others—particularly young people. Alongside his wife and two children, Bradley has dedicated countless hours to serving troubled adolescent boys at Second Chance Youth Ranch, a group home for abused and neglected youth. In fact, he continues to serve as a part-time houseparent at the youth ranch and is actively involved in his local community.

Bradley’s passion for making a positive impact in the lives of others was a natural fit for the opportunity to join with YourAdTeam and help equip clients with effective advertising and marketing tools essential to the success of their business.

Bradley combines his professional experience and keen interpersonal skills to establish and maintain solid client relationships. Bradley delivers effective advertising solutions to his clients with a spirit of genuine integrity.

Bradley enjoys playing football, golf (and most other sports) and is the ultimate professional when it comes to business. He resides in Mabelvale, Arkansas, with his wife Jennifer and two children.

Jennifer Lattin

Account Executive / New Business Development

Jennifer Lattin joined the professional staff at YourAdTeam as an account executive. Jennifer’s responsibilities include developing new sales leads, as well as consulting with potential and existing clients in all areas of marketing/advertising.

Jennifer is a 2001 graduate of University of Central Arkansas with a Bachelors of Science in Biology and a Bachelors of Science in Health Science. In 2002, Jennifer was accepted into medical school at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.

Jennifer has devoted her life to helping others—particularly young people. Alongside her husband and two children, Jennifer has dedicated countless hours to serving troubled adolescents at Second Chance Youth Ranch, a group home for abused and neglected youth. In fact, she continues to serve as a part-time houseparent at the youth ranch and is actively involved in her local church.

Jennifer enjoys being a wife and a mom and is the ultimate perfectionist when it comes to business. She resides in Mabelvale, Arkansas, with her husband Bradley and two children.
